The Role

A fast-paced internship at the operational core of Antler's Continental Europe hub. You'll get hands-on experience running programs that support hundreds of founders.

You'll learn how a global venture platform operates behind the scenes, and build skills in project management, event coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing residency program activities and events
Help manage founder communications, scheduling, and logistics
Support the team with data entry, reporting, and process documentation
Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and service providers
Contribute to improving internal tools, templates, and workflows

Requirements

You are:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, communications, or a related field
Strongly organized with attention to detail
Interested in startups, operations, and the venture capital ecosystem
Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Airtable
A proactive communicator who enjoys working in a team
Available for a full-time, 6-month internship in Berlin
