The Role

A hands-on internship offering real exposure to early-stage venture capital. You will work directly with the investment team on live deal flow and portfolio support.

You'll learn how institutional investors evaluate founders, markets, and business models -and build a strong foundation for a career in VC, startups, or entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

Research and map startup ecosystems, sectors, and founder profiles across Continental Europe
Support the team in screening applications and conducting initial founder assessments
Help prepare investment memos, market analyses, and internal presentations
Attend founder pitches, demo days, and ecosystem events
Assist with portfolio company tracking and reporting

Requirements

You are:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
Strongly interested in startups, venture capital, and entrepreneurship
Analytical with excellent research and writing skills
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Available for a full-time, 6-month internship in Berlin
